We live in curious times...cannabis is still a Federal crime, but sold openly in dispensaries...there are even delivery services that will bring you medicine right to your door. The issues of where to grow it and under what regulations...who can partake and where ( young people? at work? while you are driving?) are all still undecided. Meanwhile individuals try to figure out if marijuana can be of help by trial and error.
